DESCRIPTION: Whole Blood Cooling and Platelet Transport

SEBRA Model 1290 ThermaSure provides temperature stability between 16°C and 20°C in either hot or cold climates. ThermaSure rapidly cools whole blood units from body temperature (37°C) to approximately 20°C and then maintains the temperature during transport. ThermaSure also provides temperature control for platelets and other biological components (reference: Code of Federal Regulations 640.24).
